They get their name from that distinct black "hockey stick" stripe that runs down the body and into the tail, and they have a unique way of swimming at an upward angle that adds a different look to the mid-water column. They are hardy as hell and perfect for a planted tank. Just make sure you keep them in a group of six or more; these are community fish through and through, and they’ll be much more active and colorful when they feel secure in a school.
