Monthly Online Member Credit
A member credit for your whole cart.
Your current monthly code is sent through Big Fish Aquarium member communications. Once your order meets your tier minimum, the credit applies to your online merchandise cart, including livestock, plants, dry goods and aquarium supplies.
Silver
Valid on online merchandise orders of $50 or more.
Gold
Valid on online merchandise orders of $100 or more.
Platinum
Valid on online merchandise orders of $150 or more.
Monthly credit rules: one use per customer/email each month, applies to the full online merchandise cart once the tier minimum is met, expires at month-end, has no rollover and does not reduce shipping or tax. One discount code may be used per online order.
Gold and Platinum members: your monthly member credit is separate from your permanent online member discount. Gold members also have a personal 5% code and Platinum members have a personal 10% code. Because one discount code can be used per order, choose the eligible code or promotion that gives you the best value.

Are online and in-store inventories the same?
No. Big Fish Aquarium's online and in-store inventories are separate. An item available online may not be available in store, and an item available in store may not appear online.
How do monthly online member credits work?
Active members receive a monthly online member credit based on their membership tier. Once your online merchandise order meets the required minimum, the credit applies to the cart. Credits may be used toward livestock, plants, dry goods and aquarium supplies, expire at the end of the month and do not roll over.
Can I combine my member code with another promotion?
One discount code may be used per online order. Gold and Platinum members should compare their monthly member credit, permanent member discount and any other eligible promotion and use whichever provides the best value for that order.
What is the Gold permanent online discount?
Active Gold members receive a personal 5% online member discount code. The code remains active while the Gold membership remains active.
What is the Platinum permanent online discount?
Active Platinum members receive a personal 10% online member discount code. The code remains active while the Platinum membership remains active.
Does Silver receive a permanent online discount code?
No. Silver members receive the current Silver monthly online member credit rather than a permanent percentage discount code.
Where do I receive my member codes?
Current monthly member credit codes are sent through Big Fish Aquarium member email communications. Gold and Platinum members also receive their personal permanent online member code after their membership is processed.
